Calabrian Corn on the Cob

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Start to Finish Time: 15 minutes

  • • 8 ears corn on the cob, unhusked

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

    • 2 tablespoons Tutto Calabria Hot Honey

    • 1/2 teaspoon Aurora Gourmet Kosher

    • Salt

    • 1/4 cup Pecorino Calabrese, freshly grated

    • small bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped

    • Aurora Grapeseed Oil

  • Preheat grill to medium hight heat.

    Place the butter, Tutto Calabria Hot Honey, Aurora salt, most of the Pecorino and parsley into a small bow. Mix well to combine and set aside.

    Rub each ear of corn with a little Aurora Grapeseed Oil and place onto the hot grill. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every few minutes, or until kernels are evenly chard and tender.

    Remove corn and place into a large dish. Immediately spread the hot honey butter all over making sure to coat every inch of corn.

    Place onto a serving platter and garnish with the remaining Pecorino

    and parsley. Enjoy!
