The Brand Manager is the strategic point between the supplier and the retail market. The Brand Manager works closely with suppliers to devise a strategy to increase sales and to develop brand recognition. They are involved in every aspect from A to Z and are accountable for the brands’ successes.

Key Account Managers are experts in the Canadian retail landscape, responsible for cultivating key relationships and developing strategic partnerships to maximize market penetration and sales growth. They leverage relationships and industry knowledge to negotiate and gain new listings, execute promo activities, secure secondary merchandising placement, and drive sales. They are dedicated to getting products off the shelf and into the hands of the end consumer.

Completing the sales management cycle, our Retail Services team are hands on professionals providing merchandising solutions and support to our customers by managing space allocation and secondary product placement. In-store retail merchandising helps retailers and manufacturers create the best environment to engage customers and maximize sales as 70% of purchase decisions are made in-store. Retail Services ensure products are on the sales floor on time, fully stocked, correctly priced, and have accurate inventory counts for replenishment. They also execute brand engagement through in-store marketing placement and promotional display set up.
