We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing please contact us.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will get shipped out within 1-3 business days

  • Orders are shipped on business days only

  • Business days are Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm, excluding holidays in Canada

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Our shipping carriers require a full street address

  • Additional charges will be applied for orders over 10 kg

Canada – Zone 1

  • Includes: Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador

  • $25 flat rate shipping

  • For orders over 10 kg, price will be calculated at checkout based on total order weight

Canada – Zone 2

  • Includes: Ontario

  • Free pickup at our Clayson Cash and Carry

  • $10 flat rate delivery

  • For orders over 10 kg, price will be calculated at checkout based on total order weight

Canada – Zone 3

  • Includes: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut

  • Price will be calculated at checkout based on total order weight

USA – Zone 4

  • Includes: All USA
