Panini alla Tutto Calabria

• Ingredients

  • 1 jar Tutto Calabria Nduja Sausage Spread
  • 1 jar Tutto Calabria Red Onion of Tropea

  • 1 cup smoked Caciocavallo cheese (or smoked mozzarella), grated
  • 4 panini - use your favourite bun... I used brioche buns

  • micro arugula, for garnish

• Directions

  Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

  Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons for Tutto Calabria Nduja Sausage into panini. Cut Tropea onions into slices and place in panini. Top with smoked cheese.

  Place onto a baking sheet and bake in centre of oven for 7-10 minutes.

  Garnish with micro arugula and enjoy!
