Striploin Steak With Ponti Balsamic Glaze

• 2 lbs New York Striploin Streak
• 1 tsp Aurora Mediterranean Sea-Salt
• 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
• 2 tsps Aurora Dried Oregano
• 3 drops Allessia Grapeseed Oil
• 4 tsps Ponti Balsamic Glaze
• 1 pinch Caber Salamoia Bolognese

• Preheat gas barbecue or charcoal grill to high heat
• Take strip loin steaks out of refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking
• Season steaks with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and Caber Salamoia Bolognese
• Spray steaks lightly with grapeseed oil
• Place steaks on hot grill for 5 minutes a side for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking
• Immediately after leaving grill, brush Ponti balsamic glaze on both sides of steak and rest for 5 minutes before serving
• Serve with Aurora Farfalle pasta salad
