Burrata and Grapes with Hot Honey

1 tablespoon Aurora Olio Misto (blend of EVO and sunflower oil)
1 shallot, finely diced
2 cups green grapes, seedless, cut in half
2 cups red grapes, seedless, cut in half
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Aurora Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground back pepper
1 burrata
2 tablespoons Tutto Calabria Hot Honey
1/4 cup pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
1 package Aurora Crostini, for accompaniment
Serving Ideas: Cut open the burrata in front of your guest.... it's a beautiful thing for all to see!

Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add in the shallots, grapes, rosemary, salt and pepper. Saute for 12 minutes or until grapes are soften and most of there liquid has been concentrated.
Transfer to a serving platter. Place burrata on top of grapes and cut into it exposing the creamy centre. Spread open, drizzle with Tutto Calabria hot honey and top with pistachios.
Serve with Aurora crostini.
