Crispy Polenta Hearts

    • 1 tube Aurora Traditional Polenta

    • 1 tablespoon Aurora oil blend

    • allessia piquillo pepper bruschetta

    • Parmigiano Cheese

    • fresh basil leaves, for garnish

  • Start to Finish Time: 10 minutes

    Cut Aurora Polenta into 3/4 to 1-inch slices. Pat dry with a paper towel if damp. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts, and save the outer circles for other recipes.

    Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook polenta hearts for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

    Transfer to a serving dish. Top with Alessia Piquillo Pepper Bruschetta, grated Parmigiano, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
