Polenta Heart Rings

    • 1 tube Aurora Traditional Polenta

    • 1 400g jar Rodolfi Napoletana Sauce

    • 300 grams goat cheese, soft, at room temperature

    • 2 tablespoons allessia pesto alla genovese

    • Frantoi Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • Allessia la bomba

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Cut Aurora Polenta into 3/4 to 1-inch slices. Pat dry if damp, then use a heart-shaped cutter to make hearts. Reserve the outer circles for other recipes.

    Pour tomato sauce into a casserole dish large enough for a single layer of polenta hearts. Gently nestle the polenta into the sauce.

    Mix pesto into the polenta and divide evenly into each heart. Drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

    Top each heart with Allessia la bomba and serve for a kick and serve. Enjoy!
