Crispy Potato Gnocchi

Preparation Time: 1 minute | Start to Finish Time: 10 minutes

  • 2 tablespoons Aurora Olio Misto (oil blend)

    1 500g package Aurora Potato Gnocchi

    2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    freshly grated Parmigiano cheese, for garnish

    finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

    Sacla Pesto Chili, Pesto alla Genovese or Pesto Rosso, for accompaniment

  • Heat oil in a medium heavy bottom pan over high heat. Add in the Aurora Potato Gnocchi and pan fry for 5-6 minutes tossing occasionally.

    Add in the butter and continue to cook for a few more minutes or until lightly golden brown, tossing occasionally.

    Transfer into serving dish and garnish with Parmigiano and parsley and serve along side your favorite Sacla Pesto. Enjoy!
