Sausage Sliders with Tropea Onion Jelly and Muffaletta

  • 4 Italian sausages (approximately 800 grams total weight)

    8 mini burger buns

    4 slices provolone cheese

    Tutto Calabria Tropea Red Onion Jelly

    Aurora Hot or Mild Muffaletta Spread

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.

    Remove casing from sausages and form sausage meat into 8 even

    burger patties. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    While still on the grill, top the sliders with a spoon full for the Tropea onion jelly followed by 1/2 a slice of provolone. Close lid for a minute to allow cheese to melt.

    Place sliders onto mini buns and top with a spoonful of Aurora hot or mild Muffaletta spread. Enjoy!
