Warm Marinated Olives

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Start to Finish Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 tablespoons Aurora extra virgin olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, crushed

    1 hot red chili pepper, thinly sliced

    1 teaspoon Aurora Dry Oregano

    2 bay leaves

    1 sprig fresh rosemary

    2 cups Aurora Mixed Olives

    1 small carrot, chopped

    1 stalk celery, chopped

    1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped

    1/2 red onion, sliced

    1/2 lemon, sliced

  • Heat the oil, garlic, chilli pepper, oregano, bay leaves and rosemary in a medium cast iron pan over medium heat for a few minutes.

    Add in all other ingredients and mix well. Cook until olives and vegetables are warmed through, about 7-8 minutes.
