Grilled Peaches with Balsamic Glaze and Amaretti Crumble

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Start to Finish Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 large Peaches, firm and not over ripe

    Aurora Grape Seed Oil

    vanilla ice cream

    Ponti Balsamic Graze

    Matilde Vicenzi Amaretti Cookies

    fresh mint, for garnish

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.

    Cut peaches in half and remove the seed. Brush a little Aurora

    Grape Seed Oil on the cut side of the peach and grill for

    approximately 2-3 minutes on each side. The peach half should be

    warm with grill marks and not cooked through.

    Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of the peach. Drizzle

    with Ponti Balsamic Graze and crumble a few handfuls of the Vicenzi

    Amaretti cookies all over. Garnish with mint and serve. Enjoy!
