Pino’s Pandoro Grilled Cheese with Nduja

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Start to Finish Time: 8 minutes

    • Aurora Pandoro

    • 2 tablespoons Tutto Calabria Nduja Sausage Spread

    • 2 slices mozzarella cheese (or your favourite melting cheese)

    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature

  • Start to Finish Time: 8 minutes

    Cut Pandoro into 3/4 inch slices.

    Top one slice with Nduja spread then the sliced cheese. Top with the other slice of Pandoro.

    Lightly butter both sides.

    Heat a skillet over medium to low heat and cook the until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

    Flip and continue to cook until other side is gold brown and cheese is melty, another minute or two.

    Caution - Pandoro can burn quickly.

    Enjoy!

    Yield: 1 grilled cheese
