The Art of Tiramisu: Delight in Every Layer
A classic Tiramisu hinges on the harmony of its components.
Creamy Mascarpone: The heart of Tiramisu is its luscious mascarpone cream, whipped to silky perfection with eggs and sugar.
Quality Lady Fingers: Vicenzi’s Lady Fingers are essential; their ability to absorb coffee without becoming soggy maintains the structural integrity and texture contrast that is iconic in Tiramisu.
Robust Coffee: The espresso soak is vital, lending a bold, aromatic note that cuts through the sweetness.
Final Touch: A dusting of cocoa powder adds a bittersweet finish, tying all the flavors together.
